Very friendly staff, especially the hotel manager Victor. They did what they could under the circumstances they had to deal with. They did their best in smoothening out some of the many shortcomings due to circumstances. Full marks to them on that score.

The hotel is undergoing a transition from what I gathered. It is changing ownership from OYO to the FAB management. In all respects the hotel has a lot to improve on: 1. No tea / coffee service in the room 2. No shower curtain in the bathroom. Soap dispenser frames are present, but no soap dispensers. All we got by way of toiletries was a small piece of soap. Bathroom had no towels till we pointed it out. Their room readiness was very poor. Bathroom door handle-cum-lock was very loose 3. Laundry delivery is spotty at best. As a result, when we got to our room, the bedsheets were stained and all white coverss, bedsheets had a distinctly grey appearance. We insisted on better sheets as a prerequisite for checking in 4. "Breakfast included" is true, but of the two items on offer, one is cold. There is no spread to pick from, only the two items provided. Presentation of these items also is in large containers and not on any kind of bain marie 5. Very noisy location, on some highway with loads of traffic noise 6. Not sure about parking. There is an underground parking with vehicles parked haphazardly. When we tried, lift could not be summoned to the basement 7. If you are using a taxi service, then you will need to walk a bit to get to the lift - hotel occupies the third and fourth floor of the building
