the property was in a very nice location in berawa, not far from the action and in a quiet location. the room and bathroom is a good size and the air con worked good after I switched rooms (first one the air con did not work so well). I stayed here for a few months because the price was really good and the staff was so very friendly. they also updated their fridge to a large one and the water refill to a cold one which was awesome. there’s also a kitchen to cook. wifi is really good as well. and they also clean the room daily.

the place is cheap so you get what you pay for but: -there is mold and mold smelling in the rooms and bathroom -there is cut outs on the door and on the walls that lead to the outside. some rooms are covered by tape or paper and others aren’t. so the heat enters/cold escapes and it makes it easy for you to hear everything -toilet paper is never replenished when they clean. no hand soap provided

great location in canggu, good air conditioning and hot water. quiet space and access to a kitchen
