The interior is very nice, high quality. Well fitted out with equipment and furniture.

The balcony looks lovely in the pictures but behind a big white wall(in the picture but it isn’t actually there ) is a large derelict building so the balcony is not useful for sitting out For almost an entire day there was no water. We reported it to the mgmt service and were told the ‘municipality was working on it’. We asked if the builders in the next apartment could have turned it off but they were defensive and adamant that it was a municipality problem. At the end of the afternoon we checked it ourselves and spoke to the builders who turned the water back on. We notified the mgmt company and what ensued was a tirade of how 5 people worked to get the water back on, how unreasonable we were. There was no apology or compensation. At a local tapas bar and the lady upstairs both had no water outage. The attitude, tone of voice and defensiveness of the person, who called herself the manager, was totally unacceptable. She would not put us in touch with her manager or the owner. This did impact our view very negatively and, had the issue been handled more professionally or an apology offered this review would be kinder.

Mieszkanie przestronne i bardzo czyste. Lokalizacja jest świetna, bo wszędzie jest blisko. Bardzo użyteczny jest też parking podziemny, natomiast faktycznie wjechanie i zaparkowanie samochodem wymaga dużej wprawy, ponieważ garaż jest ciasny.

Jedyny dyskomfort wynikał z cienkich ścian i tego, że bardzo słychać sąsiadów. Natomiast działo się to tylko wieczorami, więc jak ktoś całe dnie spędza poza mieszkaniem to nie powinno być problemu.

Great location on quiet street in city center

This apartment has limited natural light. Very poor noise insulation. We could hear neighboring apartment running the bath and flushing their toilets. And baby’s crying. Very noticeable. Bathroom was poorly ventilated as interior room and no window. It had a lingering smell of stinky waste pipes despite landlords attempt to mask it with air freshener. Sofa was very uncomfortable. Balcony was reasonable size but has a depressing vista over half built structure and is overlooked by adjoining apartments. It’s really not pleasant to use.

Modern, very clean and comfortable apartment in the heart of Funchal. Location is perfect - everything reachable by walk but outside of noisy touristic places. The surrounding is very quiet. There is parking lot belongs to apartment in the underground garage and this was really great as I was renting the car for the whole period of my stay and never got worried where to park my car. Although it was not mentioned on the property listing, the kitchen was equipped with dishwashing and washing machines which was great to discover on arrival. The big wardrobe and balcony were also great to have. Highly recommended!

Beautifull apartment in the heart of Funchal. The location is the BEST, on one hand it is a 10min walk to city center, on the other hand it is in a quite street with all the windows located towards innerblock. It is situated on the 2nd floor, accesible by elevator or stairs. It has 2 toilets, a shower and walk-in closet. New, fully equiped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. AC is situated in living room, which is next door to bedroom, but it worked just fine and it kept the temperature just right. You also can use the parking garage (included in price), which for Funchal is a great deal.

The garage is in -2 floor and you should be an experienced driver to enter it seamless ;)
