MAPersonnel a l écoute et très serviable. Petit déjeuner copieux, juste le thé à la menthe et qui est un must n etait pas bon.
Il y a un problème d odeur qui se dégage des égouts surtout dans les chambres 609 et 511.

ESCabe destacar la amabilidad y atención del personal en todo momento. Las instalaciones son correctas, y tiene un restaurante muy bonito en la última planta. El desayuno es tipo buffet, tiene lo necesario para un buen desayuno.
Aunque parece que está bien ubicado, está situado en la parte moderna de fez, quedando la medina a distancias muy largas (casi 1 hora caminando). No lo recomiendo si tú idea es callejar y usar el transporte lo menos posible. Acabas caminando mucha distancia para llegar al hotel.
