The rooms were excellent, had stayed in blue kite property before and loved it, we like the built, cleanliness and some amazing small look afters. Also loved the book shelf

Particularly the Flat I stated this time, found few things missing as compare to last flat o stated in blue kite, like healing bong, tissue paper box in every room, blue light, less number if towels & games

We loved every bit of our stay at El Rocio. Thank you, Agnelo, for facilitating an easy check-in. The property was beautiful, and the apartment was well-equipped with all amenities. We had a small issue with the w-fi but that was quickly solved by Akhil. Thanks for the prompt response. The location was great, close to many restaurants. All in all, a great stay.

The whole experience was seamless ,had the team help wherever required

We liked the location. It was very pleasant. The room service was excellent. The living area is spacious which is a bonus. It is swiggy and zomato accessible. Fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary cutlery is another bonus. All in all a very good experience.

the TV was not working for the entirety of our stay. We complained it for 3 days but no one came to repair it. In spite of repeated complaints our issue was not resolved. So we would rate the host or owner or manager 1/10.

The service and responsiveness of all the staff members were fantastic. From Agnelo, our guest services manager, to all the housekeeping staff and security staff – everyone was extremely polite and helpful. The rooms were large and clean. The property is very beautiful and well managed, and the location is excellent - in the heart of Assagao.

The property at every small amenity and was in a great location. The staff was great. Agnelo who was coordinating was spectacular.

Good for a long stay. We did not use the facilities as it was only for 2 nigths.

The reception. Was not friendly. No clear instructions on the reservation. They said pay on arrival. But the payment had to be online. What if we did not have internet acess. We stayed mora than 1 hour to clarify the reservation.
