Cosy cottage near Alton Towers

Lovely property set in a lovely area. Everything you would need and Amanda was very good. Lovely bottle of wine and sweets for the kids too, a lovely gesture.

Location ideal for both use of amenities & our days at Alton Towers

The owner left a note saying milk on fridge but there wasn’t any. Not an issue as such though

Lovely cottage style property. Great size for our short trip to Alton Towers. Everything you could need for a short trip away. Even a small outside space for our dog. Plus - lovely park nearby for dog walks. Pub and shops just a few minutes walk away. Convenient parking opposite. Honestly .. it was pretty much perfect.

The only negative was the toilet being downstairs - but that’s me being picky, it really was a beautiful place to stay.

The cottage is beautiful, clean and comfortable. Ideal base for Alton Towers. With it being a 10 min drive from the cottage. The owner was very thoughtful and what was left for us was a nice little surprise and unexpected . Plenty in the house to keep the children occupied (we had teenagers) they enjoyed playing the games. Just a small 2 min walk to an Indian restaurant, pub, shop and fish and chip shop ( which was lovely) highly recommend the cottage and would definitely stay here again.

Had an absolutely fantastic stay, would definitely recommend and stay here again. The cottage is in the perfect location for alton towers which is what we wanted and within walking distance of shops, takeaways and a pub. Friendly neighbours 😊 Thank you for a lovely stay Amanda x
