The cleanliness, the looks and the exceptional staff, they’ve helped us in everything, and were so nice.

The staff members were very kind, welcoming, helpful and informative. We really appreciated being offered an upgraded room but declined as it was up many stairs. Excellent location, just inside the medina and taxis can park 50m away. The central courtyard is impressive, beautiful and full of traditional character. Breakfast was typical Moroccan style and plentiful. There was plenty of hot water in the shower.

We are not difficult to please but sadly there were a few negatives, most of which could very easily be resolved. The room was very dark due to poor lighting. Bedside lamps would have been useful and there were power points available to have them – perhaps these could be provided for future guests. There was nowhere to sit in the room - just one chair would have been handy. The poor quality fixtures and towels did not match the impressive courtyard. The bathroom was musty smelling and not spotlessly clean. It should also be noted that there is a considerable amount of street noise, such as barking dogs and people shouting, which is not the fault of the property. However, if you are a light sleeper, this could be an issue.

I feel very happy to have stayed at such a wonderful place. If you come to Morocco, you should definitely stay in a Riad. This Riad is very beautiful, the staff are extremely kind, and the breakfast is delicious! And also close to the gate, Bab ziat.

I felt a little concerned about safety, especially because I have small children. It is close to the gate, which is convenient, but it is slightly away from the busy area and gave me the impression that the area might not be very safe.

Súper recomendable! El Dar en si es hermoso, la ubicación ideal, en una de las puertas de la Medina, para no perderse, ideal por si te buscan de excursiones y no estar en el medio del bullicio, pero cerca de todo! El desayuno espectacular! La gentileza del chico que nos recibió y de todos los que trabajan allí lo hacen un alojamiento óptimo.

La ducha no drenaba bien.

Tout était parfait, l'accueil avec le thé, la chambre, la salle de bain, le service avec les serviettes changées tous les jours, le riad décoré typique marocain, le petit déjeuner copieux et très bon pris en terrasse et merci beaucoup à Redouane et Ahmed pour leur gentillesse et leur serviabilité, leurs conseils pour visiter la médina, leur message du premier jour pour nous guider vers leur riad, avoir une place dans la rue moyennant 2 euros par jour. Nous recommendons vivement et si nous revenons nous serons très heureux de les revoir.

We had a wonderful stay at this Dar in Fez. One of the biggest advantages was that it was accessible by car, which is very important since many hotels in the old medina cannot be reached easily by vehicle. The staff Abdil and Redven were absolutely amazing — very welcoming, helpful, and kind throughout our stay. The atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing, and we truly enjoyed our time there. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful riad. A delicious breakfast is served every morning on the terrace. The riad is only a 10 minute walk from the main blue gate. It is located in a quiet place so you can sleep well and rest. I would especially like to thank for the kindness and friendliness of the two guys who work in the riad and who were at our disposal for all questions and help. We definitely recommend this accommodation.

La chambre au RDC est calme et grande, meme si peu de lumière, elle donne sur la grande court intérieur gorgée de lumière. Le Dar est localisé prêt des remparts, facile pour garer sa voiture et surtout moins anxiogène que les DAR ou Riad au cœur de Fes.

Alojamiento muy bien ubicado (cerca de una puerta ), con habitaciones amplias con una decoración espectacular. Destacar su limpieza, buenos desayunos en su terraza pero lo mejor el personal que lo lleva Redouane y Ahmed. Personas que te hacen sentir como si estuvieras en casa , muy serviciales , cariñosas y amables.Gracias por esta maravillosa estancia .
