Beautiful property - common areas very presentable. The restaurant food was excellent. The service - everyone was professional. The location is ideal walkable to everything.

The mattresses need to be updated and some of the rooms have no outside sun light or windows.

The staff were warm and welcoming. They ensured my stay was super pleasant and were responsive to small accommodations I requested. The building is impeccably kept and the courtyard is one of the loveliest dining spaces I know in San Cristóbal.

Beautiful Spanish colonial–style building with a lovely atmosphere. The interior design blends modern Mexican style very nicely, and the garden is stylish and well maintained. The location is excellent, easy to walk around the historic center. The staff were very kind, professional, and helpful, which made our stay pleasant. A charming and well-located hotel with great design and attentive staff. A very good choice in San Cristóbal, especially if you plan early excursions.

the breakfast menu options were limited, although the food itself was fresh and well prepared.
