The interior of the apartment is updated and the furnishings are nice. This has been one of the most well equipped apartments we've ever experienced in the 11+ years we've used booking; there were garbage bags, plenty of utensils, plates, etc in the kitchen, there was detergent for the washing machine and soap for both washing hands in the bathroom and dishes in the kitchen. The a/c worked well.

I wish someone like myself had reviewed this place honestly because we could have avoided what became one of our worst stays of this summer. We have, among our group of five, one with a minor disability. We do thorough searches for properties with specific criteria. Anyone looking into this location needs to know that it's a very steep up hill trek on a mountainous slope. It's proximity to the train is great but not when considering going uphill with luggage in tow. The one taxi we used charged 10 euro to go one-way from the closest grocery store back to the apartment; it wasn't fiscally feasible to continue using a taxi for 14 days. We avoided a rental during this portion of our trip because this place doesn't provide free parking and having been here, I can attest that street parking is nearly impossible. There are parking garages but they're located at the bottom of this mountain so you'd still have to sweat your way back up to the apartment. The area where the apartment is located is not great; it's a bit of a slum. The smell of sewage is heavy as you approach the building and all the buildings look in disrepair. The walls of the apartment are extremely thin and the neighbors must be professional tap dancers and furniture movers because that's all you hear at every moment of every day, no matter the hour. The shower is akin to those you'd find on a cruise ship and with no shelf to place your things while showering, you need to be part jellyfish in order to contort yourself to reach your items on the floor. The pots in the kitchen have no lids and the pans have handles that are barely attached so cooking with oil in those pans is a delicate ballet where a slight flick of your wrist can result in injury. The terrace was a draw for us when we saw the pictures in the listing; don't be deceived.

Sometimes to hot in sleeping room because air conditioner is only in living room but after two days we get used to that and learn how to operate air conditioner to get comfortable temperature even in sleeping room.
