Very nice beds with curtains, lights and space to store your things. Very friendly and helpful staff!

Not very clean bathrooms, a lot of hair both in the showers, sinks and at the floor.

Pros - Staffs were accommodating, respectful and kind. With massage service in the hotel. Nice location few steps, near the basilica grounds and some tourist spots. Inside the market, thus, easy to shop. You will never get hungry. Good food served. Nice lighting in the room. Cool air conditioning system. With secured lockers. With toiletries.

Cons - Confused check in, front desk assigned room A but the room staff prepared room B, so, they decided for me to take the ready room B instead. No dining nor restaurant area. No elevator. Bad to No WIFI / internet connection. Kids running in the hall way, a bit noisy. Small reception area (along the staircase). Wrong food / breakfast given versus the requested one. Delayed breakfast food delivery (requested at 8am, delivered past 11am). Followed up 4x yet wrong food arrived. Trash were not collected inside the wash room area. No exhaust fan in the powder room. Clogged shower room. No shower heater. Be generic on your greetings like English or Tagalog as not all guests are locals. No complimentary offer despite the hiccups. Noisy common area. No intercom / phone inside the room, you have to go down the reception area. Hair strands (not mine) found on the bed linen and pillow case. No slippers offered. Same reception, front desk and pantry area, should be separated to be more organized.

Perfect location, food delicious The best possible location, very close to the port, vegetable market, food point, clothes market and many, many more, everyone was happy, everyone was satisfied, even the dog and the cat had something to eat, the lizard was also delighted
