Well located. Very central

There was no kettle or coffee machine

Fantastic location right on the main piazza. Walk everywhere, and we onlyhad to walk about 500 meters from free street parking. Gorgeous renovated old stone building, on three levels. Views to die for. Second floor open terrace, first floor balcony. A/C, washing machine, 2 kitchens and bathrooms. Has 2 queen beds, a double pull out sofa bed and a single sofa bed on a mezzanine level. I noticed a folded cot on that level too.

You need good mobility. The stairs are steep and each tread is high. If your knees or back are sore and you avoid using them or you have small children avoid this place. There is no door to the living room or lowest level bedroom/kitchen for privacy. You also cannot block out light in those areas especially the lower bedrokm/kitchen. The music and noise from the square goes until late. Didnt bother us.

In due delle tre zone letto non ci sono le porte. Inoltre viene richiesto di smaltire la pattumiera, cosa che dovrebbe essere inclusa nei servizi di pulizia

Large rooms, very spacious.

Kept finding small bugs all over the sink in the bathroom downstairs. Problem with ants coming out of the side of hob downstairs. Accidentally left a bag of food on the side and it was covered in ants when we returned, coming from a small hole in the hob seal. Couple of days later they were all over the washing up sponge. Very noisy location as the road up the side of the house gets used a lot when the ZTL zone is shut. Could do with a curtain for main door as it’s got a large frosted window that you can see people walking past at night so I’m sure they can look right in to the downstairs bedroom.

Insane location, right in the center with a beautiful view of the Sant’Oronzo. It’s the best location/view in town 100%. The house is fully fully equipped, newly renovated, spacious with beautiful architecture. Spanning across 3 floors with a balcony and terrace. The apartment definitely made our stay in Ostuni!

The check in process/communication started off a bit rocky but after that everything was well and the company was friendly, attentive and helpful. Hot water went off a few times but we were able to fix it ourselves. No big deal!

Everything was much better than we expected: the location couldn't be more central, newly renovated and airy rooms, two balconies facing the center of Ostuni. Staff member Serena was very helpful with good english knowledge. Our sons 19, 18 and 12 yo gave 10 points of 10! Despite some little negative things, it was worth every single penny we paid for this stay. Very very happy- will recommend to everyone who travels to Italy.

The apartment smelled like mold... The shower on the second floor almost didn't work so our teenagers sons took it in ours on the first floor. This apartment I wouldn't recommend to families with small kids or people who have problems with knees or legs. There are a lot of high stairs going from the the ground floor to the top. We as healthy persons got tired of going up and down so many times. Of course it's good training, but just warning.
