Beware of unexpected PCNs even if on-site parking is provided: I received a PCN and was charged an additional fee by the rental agency, as per their policy for forwarding fines. This was despite parking correctly on-site. Dormy house initially acknowledged the error was on their end and agreed to refund the amount. While the PCN was eventually cancelled after I followed up, Dormy House has since stopped responding to any of my communication regarding the promised refund. Disappointing lack of follow-through and customer care

Breakfast in golf club was awesome. Caroline at the front desk was incredible and she gave great tips on the area and what to see and do.

Weather 😊but that’s Wales.

I lost my keys and reception was helpful they found them and I wasn't too far away so went back them went to give a reward but they wouldn't accept it
