The conditions were good.

As we walked in there was the most disgusting smell of cigarettes I’ve ever experienced in my whole life. It was absolutely impossible to breathe inside. Given the fact that one of my friends is a smoker, usually the smell doesn’t bother us that much. But this one was completely different. We had to open the windows at 2 degrees Celsius for hours and hours in order for the smell to go. Some hours later, with a really cold room and less of a strong smell, I tried to take a shower and there was no hot water.
