RUI liked the room, the bed, the fact that it was quiet at night, no smoking around. I liked the receptionists, both of them were helpful and polite . All the facilities - the shower, the furniture were of high quality.

SIWe found a broken shower handle and report it to the reception. Receptionist insisted we broke it and demand payment. Stuff does not speak English and is not very hospitable.

La camera era un po' piccola. Non è stato rifatto il letto e cambiato gli asciugamani. Colazione scarsa. La scarico della doccia non faceva defluire l'acqua, quindi il bagno si allagava regolarmente a ogni doccia.

IRGEWi-Fi was super fast, up to 500Mb/s. It can be a great hotel if they pay more attention to the cleanness.
Bed sheets were dirty with someone's hair on it. The staff refused to change it because "it was too late and personel already left the hotel". The check-in time was till 23:59 and I expect the service to be provided even if I check in late in the evening. The shower hose was broken.
IRThe Turkish host was very friendly. The hotel is newly built, clean and located in a very good location. Close to shopping centers.
