"Highly recommend"

Charlotte and her family were really friendly and welcoming, went out of their way to make it a toddler-friendly stay (including feeding animals, children's books, toys, black out blinds & plastic cutlery). The barn is gorgeous and comfortable, location idyllic but not too far from Honiton/towns. Aside from a dog mishap (our fellow guests' fault) we had a wonderfully relaxed time. Thank you!

Beautiful rural location but not far from the sea. Nice modern property with character, great communication with the host, family run and easy access instructions. Our kids loved seeing the farm animals every day.

Charlotte was very flexible with us. We arrived quite late because we had to charge our electric car a couple of times and it delayed our arrival. At the departure day my hubby was not feeling well and she allowed us to stay until later because she had no other guest checking in on the day. It was a wonderful break for us. We highly recommend this accommodation!

"Stunning property in beautiful countryside, excellent hosts"

The property was stunning. Extremely high quality fixtures and fittings, perfectly blending the old and the new. Mattresses, bedding and towels extremely comfortable. The owner, (Charlotte), went above and beyond. Fresh eggs and sausages from the farm were left in the fridge, as well as a bag of dog treats for our pouch. Bed rails were installed for our two toddlers unfamiliar with sleeping in beds. What made our stay extra special was our kids being able to feed the chickens, see the sheep and play with Charlotte's three adorable children. I would highly recommend a stay for families, couples, young and old.
