Everything. One if th best apartments we have ever rented. Beautiful, comfortable, great location, and full of nice upgrades. Would never stay anywhere else in Budapest!

The host was great at responding and the instructions to enter the property were clear.

Apartment was on the 4th floor however there was a lift which was working most of the time.

"Wonderful Three Days at the Gorgeous UPP Design House"

We were immediately impressed with the spacious, beautiful property and enjoyed its multiple living and dining areas during our stay. Both couples appreciated the large bedrooms, separate bathrooms, kitchen and laundry amenities. We highly recommend the UPP Design House when visiting Budapest.

Only a few minor concerns: 1. The outside building’s lack of lighting at the gate and in the courtyard was a safety concern, especially when returning at night. 2. Inside the property the second bathroom’s shower head was centered on a very small stall; should be moved to one side for more room. 3. Confusing auto-generated email communications e.g. multiple requests for guest identification after I had already uploaded passport photos and information to the Guest Advisor app; invoice request for payment after checkout when I had already paid months ago via Booking.com, etc. 4. Checkout was confirmed for 11 am but the housekeeper arrived at 10:20 am and told us we were supposed to have left at 10 am which we disregarded but it was an unpleasant final interaction

The main bedroom TV wasn’t connect to Netflix but luckily we had two others
