The balcony is great on size and has a sea view. We enjoyed to eat here. It needs only more attention in overall. The private parking place is also a great plus when you come by car, but big cars have no chances to park there I guess. The second positive thing is that you have everything you need during your stay (a big fridge, a stove, an oven, kettle, coffee maker..all worked well, and also a lot of ammenities which you will need, but we didnt had a complimentary wine or fruit, which we read that other guests had). The bed was comfy, the sofabed as well, but a little small for a tall child. We had also hot water, no problem. We used also the washing machine, no problem and there is a drying rack in the bedroom where you can hang your wet clothes. The neighbourhood was not fine, but not to bad. We walked always easily to the citycenter and back with ease. Just beware to not walk to the upper streets at night. After reading the review we were also a little confused and asked for the parking situation. The host send me a pictures to explain proper. That was good, so we had no doubts anymore and parked also with no problems.

After we checked into the apartment which was also easy, we had some further questions, the answeres were not very clear and so we didnt asked anymore. Second morning was very loud, the neighbour opened music with high volume, that took around 30 minutes, but just one time. In overall, our stay was good, especially you had a safe parking place and everything you need in an apartment.

Непонятно было на счёт парковки, если бы не соседи, я бы не разобрался. Как то тупо объснили как парковать машину, и на звонок не отреагировали

The apartment is clean. The facilities are basic - coffee machine, fridge. The bedroom was well arranged too.

The space is definitely not for for families with children. The sofa in the living room is not flat for sleeping. There wasn't hot water during our stay. The parking spot designated for guests was questioned by other neighbours.

Smještaj je taman za dvije osobe, čist. Posjeduje vlastiti parking, za auto srednje klase nije neki problem ni za prići ni za parkirati. Posjeduje baš veliku terasu, za sjesti i popiti vino uz zalazak sunca.
