Very clean and attractive

Small room

Lakefront property with beautiful view. Spacious room, nice breakfast buffet. Pool was very inviting for families.

Outdoor seating and tables need to be cleaned regularly.

The hotel seemed to be renovated

The rooms are small. The breakfast was not good. The receptionists didn't know a single word of English. No one was there to help us with luggage!

The room was clean & quite newly decorated. view of the sunset over the lake.

worst of all- room was a smoking room, which meant a heavy smell. we were not offered a no smoking room (just barely managed to insist on 2 rooms next to each other, since we’re traveling with children). staff spoke minimal English, so we had a misunderstanding over payment. room was fairly small, we didn’t realize we could reserve a larger room with a jacuzzi. breakfast wasn’t memorable.

Location of hotel is excellent, just iacross to beautiful Lake Iznik and 10 minutes walking distance to the centre. The hotel is very clean, staff is friendly and helpful. When we arrived to the hotel with my aunty, I realised that I booked a double room with a double bed whereas we needed two single beds. They didn’t have two single beds room with lake view which we really wanted. Mr Soner at reception was very helpful and offered us the second double room with lake view for free. It was very kind of him😊 Rooms are very clean, have large balconies with a beautiful lake view. We enjoyed our stay here very much.
