USThe apartment was exactly as advertised and very comfortable. Its location within the city was perfect, centrally located with easy access (walking distances) to everything: shops, restaurants, lake and a 10-15 minute walk to train station. Directions on how to access the lockbox for the key to the apartment were spot on. We would highly recommend this property. Host coordinated for a driver to take us from the Milan airport to the apartment. He was very attentive and responsive to any questions or needs.
Thank goodness that our driver knew exactly where the apartment was. We recommend that the host meet up with you to take you to the apartment for the first time.
CAGreat space, fantastic location, very clean, surprisingly quiet (except for the Church bells!). Airy, spacious, just lovely.
These are so small, but one can always improve. We were confused about opening the lock box, but that could have been us. I don't think the video indicated well enough that one had to push the little lever at the left of the numbers to open the box. But I could be wrong about that. Teeny thing: a bread knife would be fabulous, and a few more bars of soap and shampoo would also be helpful.

It was a great apartment in a fantastic central location. Alessandro, the owner was very helpful. We had a couple of issues - electrics and plumbing but resolved this very quickly and was very attentive to us throughout our stay. Would recommend this place for a visit to Como!

Nothing, the stairs may not suit everyone but exactly as advertised. Some street noise but to be expected in this central location.
