Casa Derosa in Sorrento Centro

The property was beautiful. It had everything you need. The beds & pillows were comfy, the a/c worked well in every room, the balcony was a great size, the location to everything was brilliant - not far from the town centre & the train station. Lots of space. They left some drinks & snacks for our arrival and also supplied dishwasher, laundry, washing up liquids, loo roll, shampoos, conditioners + etc… Bedding, towels etc were clean (& soft). Lift was small but worked, this was particularly handy for luggage as apartment is on the 4th floor. Host was really helpful and offered information on anything we needed. Trains went on strike the day we were leaving so they kindly sorted a large private vehicle to take us to Rome at short notice - which was very much appreciated.

The only downside of this apartment is that it’s on a corner of a main road - although this makes for a great long balcony but it is noisey throughout the night, sadly this is no good for any light sleepers.

Property was located far enough but also close to the center. For our party of 7, property was very spacious and was very well equipped.

Location was walking distance to main part of town. There was a working elevator and the two bathrooms were spacious! Everything was very clean

There was a bit of street noise at night so if you aren’t used of that being earplugs. I was fine without

Pillows were old and in need of replacement. Coffeemaker not working—a disappointment for an Italian kitchen.

The best thing about this apartment is the location. It is in central Sorrento and a short walk to the main square, the port on the train station. There is a supermarket nearby too. Davide who met us was really helpful and informative, and helped us through the trip with recommendations and bookings.  We used the sitting room as a bedroom and it was really easy to do this because it’s not connected to another room. There is a Kitchen and outside room off it where we could socialise and which was plenty space for six of us. It was really good having four bedrooms and two bathrooms. 

The balconies were fantastic there was 3 of them especially the one by the kitchen
