New River Hotel

Superbe hotel, très beau cadre ! Carola est top, elle a été aux petits soins tout au long de notre séjour. Gros plus pour nous elle parle très bien français. Merci encore pour tout Carola ! Ciao

Great location for sight seeing in Palermo and the entire west coast. Many places are within an hour of less of driving. Grocery stores and restaurants close by or even in walking distance. Very helpful and friendly staff. Superb view too. Highly recommendable.

Tout était parfait

The location scenery was stunning, rooftop & different pools was nice. Hotel wasn’t crowded but perfect. Staff were helpful & friendly. Hotel was clean & A/C worked excellently.

Room service could have had more flexibility with hours of food operation not running after midday until late evening. Also the bathroom I stayed in wasn’t bad but generally the room I was given had evident wear & tear like mould & cracks by the window corners & a leak by the floor everytime I turned the shower on. Walls are quite thin you can hear a lot. If you’re coming from EU/UK with an adapter charger by the bedside the pins are slightly thinner so couldn’t charge electronics except for in the bathroom shaver socket. It would be nice if they gave complimentary water instead of having to buy it as the location of hotel requires a car & shops nearby don’t really sell small bottles of water.

Hotel New River - Borgetto (Palermo) Abbiamo soggiornato presso l’Hotel New River dal 11 al 16 giugno e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. La struttura è pulita, curata e molto accogliente, ideale per rilassarsi e godersi un po’ di tranquillità. Un grazie di cuore alla signora Carola e alla sua collaboratrice, entrambe gentilissime, disponibili e sempre attente alle nostre esigenze. La loro accoglienza e professionalità hanno reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque voglia sentirsi a casa anche in vacanza. Esperienza positiva sotto ogni aspetto!

Carola, gestionnaire de l'hôtel, a été exceptionnelle, d'une gentillesse extrême. L'hôtel était très propre, moderne, bien situé et juste incroyable. Nous y logions pour notre mariage et elle a été d'une belle aide, accueillante et serviable avec tout le monde. Petit plus, elle parle français :) Nous reviendrons sans hésiter ! Encore merci pour tout, sincèrement.
