Faire payer une petite bouteille d'eau minérale au buffet du petit déjeuner ! Chambre sur rue un peu bruyante (ramassage des poubelles et nettoiement à 6:25)

Die Lage war perfekt, das Frühstück reichhaltig und sehr gut. Der Service sehr zuvorkommend.

Das Zimmer im ersten Stock zur Straße (Fußgängerzone) war ab 6:00 laut. Bei der Buchung unbedingt ein ruhiges Zimmer verlangen.

"Hébergement de qualité idéalement situé en plein cœur de Strasbourg"

L'hôtel est magnifiquement situé, dans la vieille ville de Strasbourg et à quelques pas de la Cathédrale. C'est extrêmement agréable pour profiter du site en soirée, ou tôt le matin, lorsqu'il est moins fréquenté. L'hébergement, la qualité de la literie, et le petit-déjeuner sont tout à fait conformes au standing de l'hôtel.

Petit bémol: Dans notre chambre tout un bloc de lumières ne fonctionnait pas, laissant dans la pénombre la moitié du lit (difficile & pénible d'y lire ...). Ce problème était connu, puisqu'indiqué par une note dans la chambre ... il aurait mieux valu le réparer.
