Very clean and comfortable, friendly staff, above and beyond service! The breakfast was top notch.

A Wonderful Stay - Highly Recommended! From the moment we arrived, the staff - Raouf, Johnny, Andra, and Michael - made us feel completely at home. They are warm, sociable, and incredibly responsive to any request, which made all the difference. The breakfast alone is worth the visit. Absolutely delicious and a great way to start the day. The room was spotless, spacious, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable - I woke up feeling truly refreshed every morning. The whole place has a clean, homely atmosphere that’s hard to find elsewhere. Practical touches like the spacious parking lot are a nice bonus, and the staff are happy to share local tips on what to see and do in the area - a lovely personal touch that we really appreciated. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy, welcoming stay!

Friendly staff who were welcoming and looked after us well. Very good breakfast provided. Self serve tea and coffee available at all times which was a nice touch. Room and premises was clean. Free, spacious parking in rear courtyard.

The room is compact (we had a standard room) with not a lot of space for two people and bags. It was a slightly longer walk into the city centre than we expected but it was much more pleasant once we discovered you could walk through the leafy Uni campus. The premises is on the corner of 2 very busy roads, and opposite a petrol station, so traffic noise is an issue if you are not used to it (hence average score). There is little noise when the windows are shut but the room then gets stuffy. The fan provided turns itself off after 2 hours so you need to get up and start it if you need it in the night (we did), hence score for comfort. Could not get hot water in the shower on last morning-nobody seemed to know what the issue was. Seemed quite pricey (hence score given) but that may reflect other city prices.

Heerlijk stevig en groot bed, ruime kamer. Heel aardig personeel en lekker ontbijt. Je kan uit verschillende warme gerechten kiezen en er is een buffet met fruit en yoghurt. Parkeerplaats achter het huis.

Het centrum is op loopafstand (ong 20 minuten), maar toch best een stuk. De B&B ligt aan een druk kruispunt. Er liggen oordopjes klaar, maar gelukkig was het voor ons nu niet nodig om de ramen te openen. Daardoor weinig last van gehad. Anders was het echt te lawaaierig geweest. Het was best duur voor de locatie.
