It was spotless the staff were very helpful and it's location was excellent I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs a central location. Would we stay again absolutely.

The only thing we didn't like was the length of time it took to order breakfast we could help ourselves to cereals juices etc but to take our order for the hot food was slow and we were slow getting the food mine wasn't too bad but my husbands full Irish was cold and so was the plate when he got it, he didn't send it back because we had waited so long for it. The breakfast looked great but it needed to be warmer

Une pépite !! C'était la première fois que je logeais dans une chambre d'hôtes car je suis plutôt habituée aux hôtels et le service a été au-delà de mes attentes ! Nous avons eu la chambre 2 qui est très calme (côté parking et non route), complétement rénovée, avec beaucoup de rangement, une salle de bain super pratique et suffisamment grande (nous avions peur qu'elle soit un peu petite sur les photos). Il y avait également tous les articles de douche nécessaires et même davantage que dans la moyenne des hôtels. Ce qui nous a le plus touché est la gentillesse du personnel : ils sont tout le temps disponibles, aimables, super sympa, ils font tout pour que vous passiez le meilleur séjour possible. Un grand merci à notre ami kabyle Raif qui m'a trouvé une solution exceptionnelle pour mon problème de sommeil, et Michael et Laura pour leur gentillesse et leur compréhension de notre accent français dès le matin !! Le petit déjeuner était dé-li-cieux : vous avez un petit buffet à disposition et des choix à la carte (vous pouvez cumuler les 2). Les plats de la carte sont excellents !! Beaucoup de choix pour les personnes ne mangeant pas de viande/porc. Plusieurs machines à café, bouilloires sont à votre disposition 24h/24 avec thé, infusions et autres boissons. Ils ont même pensé aux adaptateurs pour les clients. La localisation est aussi excellente, ils ont un parking à disposition :) Vraiment 10/10, je reviendrai sans hésitation !!

The breakfast was fresh and very tasty. A good variety, with vegetarian and vegan options as well. Great location, about 15 minutes walk through the university and along a canal to downtown.

The staff were fantastic. So was the brekkie.

Our room was a bit on the small size, but fine for one or two nights. The bathroom is also on the small size but the shower was good. The breakfast ranges from cold cereals through eggs cooked to order, French toast and pancakes. Coffee and tea are available anytime in the dining room. The guest house has plenty of off-street parking. After travelling two weeks, we asked about where a laundry mat was located and we were told that we were welcome to use the in-house washer and dryer. That was a great treat. Thank you.

Oddly the building numbers are not sequential on Upper Newcastle Street. The guest house is located on the corner, directly across from the petrol station. One morning we ordered the full Irish breakfast, which unfortunately was served cold (or perhaps lukewarm on cold plates). We heard the cook was new, so perhaps this is just part of the learning curve.

The cleanliness was tops room, bathroom tick. Staff at the breakfast amazing. The room was soo warm I loved that. The welcoming we got tops. Wouldn't mind coming back because of the above mentioned and near to the road. Parking good
