This is a well designed property built with care and effort in design, fixtures and furniture by the host Shafeeq. For example, the higher end mattress and toilet flush system will rarely be found within this budget category. Ashraf the caretaker-manager is hardworking and within reach for any assistance. While the lack of lifts and in-house F&B might be an impediment for some guests, the stairs are wide and several online/ offline food options exist within easy reach. The daily cleaning inside and outside the room seemed diligent. Location might seem a little low-end but is near the town center and access to most urban facilities is easy.

The rooms and stairway urgently need periodic maintenance and painting, without which they start to look dirty. A deep clean and disinfection of all rooms is also long overdue. Terrible sound proofing (gaps in most doors!) means that every outside sound is amplified; light sleepers will have a hard time.
