"Clean and beautiful home. Highly recommend this property."

Home was beautiful, very clean and very well taken care of. Layout was great for a 5-person family. Host was kind and responsive and very helpful with check-in. 10 Minutes from Airport with lots of good food options nearby.

The air conditioners only were only blowing hot air which was quite uncomfortable in Mid-July when we had a long day of travel day ahead of us. We were in communication with the Landlord but were not able to find a solution. I believe the AC will be able to be fixed easily for next guests.

Everything was perfect. The apartment in perfect condition, spotless, with all you may need to enjoy your stay. Tha host was very helpful and very responsive to all our needs/request. Very good value for money. We had an excellent experience.

"Perfect Home away from Home"

The property was perfect. Easy access to the centre of town on bus or walking. Close to Congress Convention Centre. Loads of space in the apartment. Double glazed windows so even though on a main road, you couldn't hear the cars. The host contacted us a few times to make sure we didn't need anything.

"Very pleasant"

An excellent beer-steak restaurant existed in the same building. A supermarket in the nearby walking distance.

The front door key was very hard to turn, and it took a few days to get used to it. Some mosquitos existed in the unit and were difficult to get rid of. Bologna's public transportation system is very poor, and it was very difficult to catch a taxi. Phone request for a taxi does not work well due to over subscription,

Beautiful apartment. Extremely clean and welcoming. The host was responsive and ready to help if needed. The host was generous and thoughtful, leaving drinks/water in the fridge. There was coffee, tea, sugar, cups, paper towels, kettle, coffee maker, soaps, slippers, shower caps, wipes, and everything a home would have. Towels smelt fresh, linen soft. Everything was new in the apartment, including all the kitchen appliances and kitchenware. It is one of the best places we have stayed. Highly recommended.
