"Pleasant guest house; manager has a bad attitude 😒"

I was happy with pretty much everything at this place except for the manager's attitude.

The manager needs to work on his customer service skills. I got an unfriendly first message from him, and my interaction with him left a lot to be desired. There were broken floor tiles in my room, a potential hazard when walking barefoot, which is required at this establishment, but I got no response after mentioning it to the manager.
