Very basic hotel

No breakfast. Didn’t accept credit card when checking out and asked for cash only payment.

The room size is awesome. They are very big rooms with white color everywhere. The bed size, space between the beds are good. Their follow up before the check in is nice. On our request they have provided an auto for us to reach. The first autowala Pappu Gupta is very good and cooperative. But the second guy, Kumar, he charged high. The price we paid for the hotel is worthy. And the owner is a retired officer and he is very cordial and guest friendly.

There is only one ac in the big room. So one bed is near the ac and another bed is far. there is only one fan in each room. they should put two ACs and Two fans in three bedded and four bedded rooms. Initially we were placed in a room in which the bed linen was dirty and full of mosquitos. then we complained the same to the owner cum manager. He responded very positively and changed our stay to other room. We booked a 3 bedded room and they allotted a 4 bedded one. Then they provided mosquito repellents.

Very clean and comfortable. Great location as it’s very central but away from the noise of the town.

Needs small improvements, like no intercom, instead a mobile number provided which is a manager number. (1) i suggest they can provide a permanent / exclusive mobile number at RECEPTION so that guest can call. (2) Reception place needs interior decoration as per star rating. (3) Support staff must wear a standard uniform, jacket or overcoat having Hotel name, emblem embossed on it with a name plate of staff. so that a guest can easily identify

It was very unpleasant and i feel we can go for better hotel

Property is located in a very important city of Gaya which is very ia moksha city for Hindus. It is managed by all Hindu staff who are very helpful and courteous people specially Ms. Sneha who is managing property very well.

It will be very bad to mention here, so I do not want to comment on it.
