Top view central Bucharest apt

Great stay exceeded our expectations - The apartment is pretty generous in size, very clean tidy and beautifully designed. Host was very communicative and even helped us with traveling suggestion outside the city. The mind blowing view from the living room is a huge bonus that you dont even get in Most Bucharest hotels Ive been to. Will definitely return. we both highly recommend

Location ok , 20 min walk to old town . Not much in immediate location. Nice coffee and tea left . Host was pleasant and friendly .

Bed needs replacing , could feel every spring . Cockroaches in cupboards and around each room every morning . Very mouldy smell constantly in the apartment. No fly screen in living room and broken one in the bedroom .

The location was good. And the apartment it's self is okay.

Where should I start? It was a 2 night's buisness trip and we asked them for a proof of payment, a receipt to be able to get the money refunded from work. It's over a week past and still nothing, after we requested by email, what's up and thru booking customer service. This is illegal. They should give that without even requesting it. Also the boiler was not working, so no hot water! They probably did a chemical pest control the day before, the apartment was stinking, without joking, like we had to buy room perfume to be able to sleep in it also we had migraines and feel sick to my stomach. Also because of the chemical pest control, the floors were covered in a trail of dead bugs.Also the apartment was at the last floor, they didn't have any window nets and we kinda had to keep an eye on the windows while waiting for the smell to get better, and to get some fresh air, because outside were a lot of pigeons, and they would get in thru the windows if not careful. So overall was horrible. I would never go back. Not even for free...I will attach few photos, but, as this complaint was not intended at the beginning, it's just pictures we sent to our friends, they are not as bad as it was. The bugs were scattered all over the apartment. U would feel them under your feet when going to the bathroom at night. Thanks a lot Urbanika Living.

Хорошая локация. Большие аппартаменты. Есть все удобства ( в душевой и на кухне). Два кондиционера, которые очень спасали. Для такой стоимости - хороший вариант.

Квартира находится на уровне крыши. Каждый день с 5 утра начинают топать и курлыкать голуби. Спать невозможно. Очень плохой и неровный матрас. Очень болела спина. Полотенца очень жесткие ( пора их менять), вытираешься как будто наждачкой)
