Floating Sea Houses MARINA LUX

Nice location, a few minutes by buss to Piran. Perfect size for a family of five (three adult/teenage children). Sunshade, spa pool, kitchen, bathroom and air condition all in good condition. A well managed house boat! Access to pool in marina for half price.

It was a really special experience to stay on the sea for a few days. Very well equipped, practically furnished accommodation. Special and good location, the rooftop was amazing, and there was access to a beach as well (only few steps from the door). Eva was really kind and helpful. And there was a beautiful sunset in front of the floating house on the beach.

Very clean, beautiful location. Spatious enough for 2 adults with 1 or 2 children. The houses are equiped with everything you may need, even id you stay longer. Super helpful staff. You can park right in front of the house, that is also really convenient. Beach is really close, there are 2 restaurants and a small store inside the marina at walking distance from your boat house

The beach is really close but the water is quite deep even very close to the shore. Not really a good option if you are with small kids, but if you are a good swimmer or you are into SUP or snorkeling it’s perfect. There are two other beaches quite close where the water is more shallow, with smaller kids it’s easier to enjoy the sea there

Wonderful location at the marina in Portoroz! Sleeping on a houseboat was definitely extraordinary for us! We would definitely recommend it as an adventure for family. (our stay was early April, it was quiet when we were there but could imagine that it becomes noisy during peek season).
