INthey absolutely chit me about room we book the studio room which area mention 470sq feet and they provide a small room about 200sq feet,this is not fair,and when I complaint they are very roud,
INNOTHING AT ALL. THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IS FRAUD
The property Management is FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD. Families travelling, specially ones having kids - STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY. Even after having a fully verified booking, this property denied us the rooms for the reason that the MANAGER-SONU demanded advance money which he wanted me to deposit via UPI in his PERSONAL NUMBER. When I confronted him and asked reasons, which made him ANGRY, he finally gave up as he didn't have answers and told me to pay at reaching. When I called him 20 mins prior to reaching, he told me all the rooms are full, and that I can't have one now. When I told him that at BOOKING.COM, I have option to PAY AT PROPERTY...........he didn't listen to anything and later he found it convenient to use FOUL LANGUAGE. My SUGGESTION : ALL/ANY FAMILY - STAY AWAY.
IN- The owner **charged extra** beyond the agreed amount, which felt unfair. - **No room service** was provided during the stay. - The **rooms were very small** and not as shown in the misleading photos online. - Blankets provided were similar to the **uncomfortable ones from Indian trains**—not suitable for a hotel stay. - No basic amenities like **tea, coffee, or tissues** were available. - **Bedsheets were dirty** and poorly maintained. - The **almirah was filled with filthy, smelly clothes**, indicating poor hygiene standards. - Overall, the stay was uncomfortable and far below expectations. **Not recommended** if you’re looking for cleanliness, comfort, or good service.
INThe location was good, the host Sonu was very helpful. Room was clean.
The bathroom door was broken, no hanger for towel etc was in the bathroom, bucket was very dirty.
