Hiraeth Shangarh, Sainj Valley

The Hiraeth surpassed our expectations, The ambience was a perfect balance of cozy and chic, creating a relaxing atmosphere to unwind and just relax. The staff were attentive, ensuring our dining experience was seamless and enjoyable. We can't wait to return for another trip possibly when it snows for a serene ambiance. The Hiraeth's pet-friendly policy made our stay incredibly comfortable, allowing us to fully enjoy our time with our beloved dog by our side. The warm welcome extended to our furry friend made us feel right at home throughout our stay.

I don't think there is anything specific to this point here but if owners can do anything about the last 500m from the main road to the property that would be great . For a car the trails created sometimes made it difficult to maneuver because of the low ground clearance. But again this is not something which we can blame the Hiraeth .

Hiraeth can boast about being at the perfect spot in Shangarh. It is nested at the heart of the town with a perfect view of the meadows, along with a 360 degree view of the area. Shantanu and Shreya have invested heavily in designing the place with the traditional Himachli touch while providing for all amenities. Perfect if one plans to work remotely; good internet connectivity. As a matter of fact, folks from the nearby Zostel and other hotels usually drop in to chill/work at Hiraeth's cafe; excellent vibe and food! Shantanu, is well versed with the area and is really helpful. Great guy to have a drink with. I highly recommend the place. Cheers!

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say, the location couldn't have been better! Shantanu, the owner of the hotel, was incredibly helpful and supportive. It's great when someone goes the extra mile to ensure guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Their assistance made our stay safe and stress-free.I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and comfortable experience. Thanks to the warm and friendly atmosphere at the hotel, I made some wonderful friends during my stay. The memories of this trip and this place will stay with me forever.

One of the most beautiful stays amidst the mountains,the hosts Shantanu and Shreya were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home.The interior design was sleek with keeping in mind the traditional Himachali touch. Perfect location, perfect service, and perfect facilities.
