"Very well decorated, super central location."

9.0

Very well renovated and clean throughout.

For us the location was perfect in terms of it being in Hull centre, but we’re not used to such a busy road being near our home and it was very noisy. Just something to be aware of if you’re planning to stay…it didn’t detract from the lovely house, just it was difficult to sleep esp as we stayed during hot weather so we couldn’t have the windows open with the noise.

"Comfortable stay in amazing location"

8.0

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the old town. The beds were comfortable. The friendly and responsive hosts quickly resolved any problems we had.

We didn't realise there was no washing machine, which made it tough for a week-long stay. We had to ask our friends to do our washing. The kitchen is a bit cramped, and the toilet is on a timer, so it would go out mid-shower.

"Very comfortable, wonderful location, very convenient for those with cars."

Location was great

A couple of things I might have expected were missing - A toaster, maybe a few toiletries in the bathroom. Also hard to imagine how maximum 7 individuals could squeeze into the kitchen or Living room at once.

"Very good"

8.0

The house is perfectly located for exploring Hull on foot. (Notwithstanding the current road works which make the front door inaccessible). It is very clean and reasonably well appointed. (A toaster would be nice.) Rooms are across three floors and the staircases are narrow and steep. Not recommended for anyone with any mobility issues at all. The lounge and kitchen are very small (the house has a very small footprint). Absolutely fine for a group of four but for more than this (there are seven beds after all) it would be awkward. There is a single parking space but the nearby multi-storey alongside Princes Quay has 24 hour parking for just £3. Located close to Minster Yard in a picturesque part of Hull it is moments stroll to dine out.

The bathrooms are on PIR lights. No switches. This does mean they go out in one of the showers and you have to stop the shower to open the door to reactivate the lights. Disconcerting when using the loo but a movement turns them in again. The road works mean loud machinery outside from 8am even on the weekend. Rooms overlooking the front also suffer badly from road noise.

"Good"

7.0

Super location, all very nicely decorated and very clean, nice bathrooms, good showers with good waterpressure , good House for a Short stay (1 or 2 nights)

Rooms were smaler than expected from the fotos, with all the firedoors in every room, that can‘t stay open, makes it feel a bit claustrophobic,

"Old Town stay"

4.0

It was very clean & had comfortable beds. The position meant it had very good access to the Old Town. The parking was very good. Good & helpful communication

The noise from the road outside on one side of the house. The ensuite bedroom and single bedroom facing the square were absolutely fine.
