"a very clean and comfortable place to stay, easy parking and access to bus routes. charming town"

we took porridge pots for breakfast. Nicky was welcoming and friendly, parking was easy and no restriction. the flat was very clean. nicky left some milk for us in the fridge and plenty of tea bags, so no need to bring in our own.

we were cold at night time, but once the heating came on in the morning we were fine,

Absolutely immaculate room and an even more beautiful little private shower room next to it. A short stroll to a very pretty and hip town centre and lovely beachfront. And a lovely warm welcome…. This is possibly the best stay I’ve had in years… I was very well rested
