The location, comfortable, nice and cosy,

Property was lovely - very well decorated and lovely touches to the house.

Had a slight issue with the shower leaking but towels did seem to sort the issue.

Great space and plenty of amenities

Incredible stay, very cosy and home-y feel to the place. Thanks to Mark and the team for being so responsive and making our stay great!

Nothing - was lovely and will be back! Only the addition of a washing machine be great for a longer stay.

This is a little gem right in the heart of Banbridge. Attention to the tiniest detail assured with lots of little extras. Such lovely homely vibes. ...we will be back !!

Exceptional in every way

We liked the location and the house was very well laid out. Plush carpets in stairs and bedrooms was lovely underfoot. Owner left some gifts of goodies which we had already tucked into upon arriving as we were peckish.

DON'T BOOK If you see HOT TUB on the advert as it's not available! We booked the house under the impression from the advert that there was a hot tub. There was information regarding hot tub in the writing of the advert and also a visual map of the location of the hot tub. We got into our togs and went to open the hot tub only to find it empty!!! Upon messaging the owner we were told there was no hot tub. Which we said how is that when we are standing beside one. He said it was being taken away and wasn't on the advert. Which it was on our end on the advert and was never explained to us it wasn't there either. Really disappointed in the whole scenario it was my birthday we had hardly been in the house an hour when this happened and we were then given 5 mins to be out if we wanted a refund that was the only way would refund us. We left the house at 10pm with a 3 hour drive home. Honestly our worst response of an owner we have ever dealt with. We would have stayed if offered discount as it was expensive without a hot tub and also our main reason for booking the house. The booking.com rep was amazing and she said she would talk to the owner directly for us so it made that process a lot easier on us. But the whole ordeal was something we never ever came across and really ruined my birthday weekend. Exceptionally disappointing visit all in all
