Could not find the iron
GBExcellent Location, Llangollen is a little gem of a town. Busy on a sunny weekend. Beds were comfortable. Shower was good. Plenty of space for 6/7 people to relax downstairs. Easy access to town. Entrance hall was easy, and we appreciated the extra keys, bottle of wine and fresh coffee. Master Bathroom very nicely decorated with comfortable roll top tub. Sofa's comfortable.
Just a few minor points that are inherent with a new listing. Picking up the key could have been easier. We were emailed with a PIN code by booking.com, which was incorrect. Thankfully we had a message directly from the owner of the correct PIN. I did try calling in desperation but no answer on the mobile number provided. Finish of a couple of the bathrooms could be improved. Comments from guests such as 'unfinished plastering/tiling' one guest even found the pencil that was being used to mark up modifications in the bathroom, with the marks on the wall. Kitchenware was filthy. Everything had to be washed before using it. Layer of dust or grime on everything. Likely due to lack of use. Kitchen worktops and sink were clean however.
GBLocation was great.. very spacious.. very clean.. comfortable beds..
