Very nice friendly responsive caretakers spacious and very nicely done up

The location was little modest and off the main road but we were mobile with a car

Host was lovely and balcony area lovely too

Everything was very convenient, the host helped us finding our way from the airport to the house. He advised us some acitivities to do for the night, he welcomed us with some fresh water in the fridge (very very very convenient when a heat waves is striking the country) and even brought us breakfast on the morning of our departure !

The owner is super friendly and he'll even save a parking lot on the street for you. The house is basic, but ok.

The property was well situated in a quiet street and walking distance from Palermo attractions. It’s a cool double story property with a cute balcony. The A/C worked well and we were completely comfortable! Maurizio the host was a legend - he greeted us on arrival, got us free street parking right out the front, was a gentleman AND treated us to arancini balls and refreshments!!! Went over and above what he had to to make us feel welcome. 10/10 great value for money

Simple and nice, with free parking in the street. Great for a family

There was a problem with the hot water, it was not enough for all of us to shower. I told the owner, I am sure he will take care of this. He was very nice

owner is so kind and generous and we parked my car easily in fornt of the house and slept well with cozy house.
