Location was closer

They needed repeated reminder for everything.Credit/Debit card not accepted for Rs.1450 which was strange. They said if you can't pay cash, then you can find another hotel. Also they said you have to pay cash 1st. This was insulting. We are in our late 80s and didn't expect nasty surpriseswell

Staff waited for us very late night beyond checkin time.

Sheets could have been a bit more cleaner. Lift does not stop in 1st floor, but works on other floors.
