For late check in you will pay 30 EUR, for secure parking 15 EUR/night. Pleasant owner, simple but sufficient equipments. Bus stop to the centre 5 min walk from the place. Be aware of the instruction for waste, which is on the refrigerator. Otherwise the owner will complain.

Catania city is one of the worst cities I saw in Europe. Full of carbage, which is everywhere, full of cars and motobikes, you cannot walk on the sidewalk, because there are cars, even if you have a green light on pedestrain, you should be careful. Old unmaintained houses, a lot of wild animals (dogs/cats/rats), terrible. So if you don't have to, don't sleep in catania City. If you have to, I can recommend this appartements.

"Exceptional"

The property is new, and everything is clear. The kids' room is just right to the parents' room. There are 2 toilets. On a walking distance from the central area. Excellent choice for a family with 2 kids.

We had to pay separately for a private parking
