Lovely property, nice remodeled and fully equipped with anything one needs for a comfortable stay. The owner is very helpful and responsive.

Gorgeous apartment. Very clean and quiet. Would definitely stay there again if in Seattle.

The location was perfect. Adriana' s place is close to the downtown attractions. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. We went for a walk after dinner and ended up having a wonderful conversation with a community member. It so happened that it was the evening of their annual community block party and various streets were blocked off, tables were set up with food, the adults were socializing and children were playing in the streets. It was such a wonderful thing to witness. We were even invited to help ourselves to some fruits. The basement apartment was clean and spacious and every detail was thought out. There was a car seat, booster seat and a crib to be utilized if needed. Adriana was also easy to reach and answered any questions I had quickly.

The only drawback for me was the sofa. I wish that it was in fact a sofa that could be converted into a bed for a more comfortable night's sleep for the person using it.

The location was very convenient to the wedding we attended. There was plenty of space for the three of us. The kitchen is large and we’ll appointee with comfortable seating. We appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine - a very nice touch. The beds were very comfortable and with the apartment built into the hillside, there was no noise from street. We slept so soundly - longer than I’ve slept in quite awhile. We appreciated the cleanliness and free street parking as well. Adriana was very responsive with suggestions for dining.

As you enter the unit you climb down about ten stairs to the living area. The window in each bedroom faces a cement wall so there isn’t much light that comes in. This wasn’t necessarily clear in the photos of the bedrooms until I looked closer once I arrived. There are two horizontal windows in the living room which are placed high on the wall which allows some light. These features also allow for a very quiet environment which has its appeal.

Maple House felt like a home away from home… Beautiful place, comfy beds, great working spaces throughout the house, sparkling clean, super easy check in/out, attentive host, great neighborhood walking distance to coffee shops and park and only a short drive to Seattle Downtown. Honestly, we loved our stay here! Thanks!
