Dali Arena Business Comfort Apartment in Novi Beograd Serbia

The Location is excellent if you have activities in New Belgrade and its easy to locate. The property has a lot of utencils and its equipped more or less with everything you need. The lock/unlock system is preety convinient and easy to use. No need of extra keys. Eventhough the appartment is next to the Belgrade Shtark Arena the appartment is quiet. We were there during a Basketball match, i was surprised how quiet it is inside.

Eventough the property is listed as non smoking, there is a strong sent of cigarette smoke when you enter the property. One of the bedrooms is lacking a space for clothes and luggage, you need to use the wardrobe that is in the living room and its not very convininet since that wardrobe is behind a desk with chair so its a liitle tricky. The batrhrooms are very small, they are functional but the tub in the one of them is not a hottub, its a regulary mini tub. The parking is a bit far from the builing so you need to leave the luggage first and then to park. If there is an event in the Arena next to the parking, its impossible to find a parking arronud. Its decent appartment, just get rid of the smoke smell.

Everything, good location for exploring the city. Easy conversation and everything was like we agreed on.

There is not free parking near apartment. Only solutions is to pay for 4 hours, after that you need to move your vehicle. The closest parking house is around 1,5 km from apartment.
