Location, Friendly staff and right price

The location and convenient walking distance to work was the only thing that kept me from reconsidering another booking.

The room has cockroaches. On approaching them they denied it's possibility and asked me to call them if i found more. Basic toiletries and tea/coffee room supplies were missing/not provided. Their towel smelled of usage. The window side seating has fungi growing on it. I was denied my breakfast even though i paid for complimentary breakfasts being part of the cost during booking.

It was a good experience.
