Old Stone House

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Mlini! The location is perfect – peaceful and charming, just a short walk from the beach and close to restaurants, shops, and public transport to Dubrovnik and Cavtat. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped, and had a beautiful view from the balcony. Our hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering local tips and even arranging transportation for us. The atmosphere was relaxing and made us feel right at home. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a quiet and scenic place to stay near Dubrovnik. A true gem on the Adriatic coast!

Well located near the waterfront with lovely garden and wonderful staff that could not do enough for us. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were a good size. Nice BBQ outside in the garden.

We had some plumbing issues but got them sorted and the bathrooms not well set out. Kitchens were very small and difficult to cook in because of lack of bench space so not great for self-catering. If you're eating out every night that clearly doesn't matter but we had a large family in 3 apartments.

The staff are incredibly friendly. We had a rather delayed arrival, which led to tthe staff waiting late. However they were incredibly nice and understanding of our issues. The property itself is nicely furnished with full amenities. The view is a 10/10. We stayed for only a single night but were impressed with the propery none the less.

Not a down side per say but it is a slight walk from parking to the property.

The house was really clean and aesthetic. There were everything you need like oven, pan, glass, plate etc. The furnitures were new and comfortable.

The windows were quite small thats why it was quite hard to make use of sunlight. Also you can only reach to the apartment by stairs. You should be prepared.

The location is very good.and the apartment is well equipped. The outdoor options and the view are also great. Very suitable for adults, more complicated if you have young kids or babies since there is a good bunch of stairs to climb to get to the apartment.

The main issue is that, unlike traditional Croatian apartments, the owner does not live around so the place is a bit impersonal with several rented apartments in the building. More annoying, as the owner is not there some guests can be noisy at night and less caring for their surroundings.

Mlini is the perfect base for exploring the region around Dubrovnik. The Adriana boat company provides ferries to Dubrovnik and other tours - highly recommended. Mlini is a small town, very quiet. We loved the vibe along the seafront.

Location and proximity to riviera comfort of beds and nice furnishings

Steps are involved but not bad unless you have trouble with them(good exercise lol)
