The breakfast was lovely. The room was amazing, and clean. Rosi and Lorenzo were fantastic, and went above and beyond. A lovely property ran by amazing people.

Impeccably cleaned. Spacious. Super comfy mattress and duvet. Breakfast included freshly cut fruit and selection of marmalade with toasted bread and croissant. In addition private parking in the property! Very welcoming and sweet hosts.

It is 10-15 minutes from old town of Palermo so you need car but hosts told us where we could park for free in the town, so not really a negative if you have a car. You can’t find this spacious and new villa in the old town!

What a great place to stay. I had a warm welcome the day i arrived and could park my car inside of the gates. The facility is very clean and looks very good. The breakfast was amazing and with a wide choice of foods, especially for Italian standards. You are very close to a busstation which takes you to the city center.

"The best place to stay in Palermo"

The Villa was very clean, with private parking. The hosts were very friendly, they gave us helpful information about visiting Palermo, parking in the city. Breakfast was very good, typical italian, with lots of sweet goodies, coffee, croissants, fruits. The room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom was spotless with free shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. I can only recommend it to everybody.

Everything was beyond our expectations.

Beautiful house. Palermo is just a few minutes drive. The room is very big and luxurious . Bathroom are spacious and fancy. Food for breakfast is more than you need and tastes fabulous,a special fresh croissant with pistachio and ricotta!!! The hosts are very friendly and very helpful. We are very grateful to stay in Your house,thank you so much!!! 10/10
