Property was in a quiet, convenient location and was set up to offer all the amenities you could ask for in a short stay.

If we were staying for longer, would prefer a washing machine rather than dishwasher, but that's my own personal preference.

"Cosy house"

Beautiful end terrace property. Clean and homely feel. Coffee and tea making facilities were all provided. Instructions clear in property manual. Good wifi. Beds were very comfortable.

Parking is provided with a permit between specified hours. However, if you return later at night, when the permit isn’t needed, there is no parking close to the property. It wasn’t too far when we finally found a spot. The bathroom is accessed through one of the bedrooms. This is okay if not staying for a long period and with family. As we stayed one night, , those staying in the other room used the downstairs toilet if needed.

The property is perfect. Tastefully decorated, cosy, clean and very well equipped. I don’t think there is anything Will and Sophie haven’t thought of.

"Perfect location for visiting Norwich, Wroxham, Blickling Hall, and Cromer which were all the things we'd planned."

It was spotlessly clean with what looked like new crockery and cutlery and cookware. Useful additions like an ironing board and hairdryer were provided.

It had all that we needed - there was nothing that we didn't like.

"Fantastic stay"

The house was perfect for a weekend away, we were two couples and a toddler and the house was very well equipped with baby gates, travel cot, toys and books. The property looked just like the pictures, clean and nicely decorated with everything we needed. Location was great with shop and pub close by and a 20 minute walk into Norwich. Would definitely return here!

Parking is a bit of a challenge if you have more than one car as its permit parking outside and only one permit. We managed to find somewhere each time though.
