Selvästi asunnossa ei ole asuttu pitkään aikaan, huone ilma erittäin tunkkainen tai jopa homeen hajuinen, perimmäinen makuuhuone erittäin kylmä ja lämpöä ei voi itse säätää. Ulkona lumityöt tehty huonosti vaikea kulkea talolle kun oli niin epätasaiseti tehty lumityöt (varmaan vain lapiolla)
