The roof top swimming area is excellent.

Everything was great for the two of us.

The property was in excellent condition. The rooftop pools were immaculate hallways the common areas everything was just as good as it could be constantly saw people working and cleaning all over the property.

The only thing that this place provides is a nice pool and location to beach and 5 ave.

Beautify this place with words of Deluxe room and pictures, but you assume it’s a condo! On the contrary, it’s a small hotel setting with no room service! The real name Igor this is lock off! A door separate you from owner suite. We felt locked up! Only one set of sheets and just enough towel for two weeks. Money spent on this is too much! There’s no free breakfast, you have to eat out! No bowel if you want to eat inside, no chair inside only on the balcony. Casago representative are not around! Nobody wanted to get us a key pass to open the front door.. it took a week only after our realtor told the front desk. So much more I can say! Save your money and rent a real hotel room with continental breakfast and room service each day! This was just above a prison cell!

We loved the location, so easy to reach the beach, great restaurants, and Quinta Avenida. The friendliness of the staff was also very good, and the easy checkin was good too, even though we booked it last minute. Wonderful amenities, and beautiful furnishings in the condo - including our own large rooftop private balcony with hot tub and sun lounge. The pools were perfect, and there was a good gym as well. Just wonderful!!

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

Ipana is located perfectly for anything you want to do. The beach is a 5-minute walk, food is downstairs 😋 everywhere and the building has everything you need. The gym is awesome. I love this area and wouldn't pick any other area to stay while here in Playa. Mijail from Casago is an excellent host. Anything I needed he was just a WhatsApp text away.

The only things I didn't like were the fact that the power in my apartment went out 3 times and the water tank for the condo I was in is entirely too small. I only had 5 min. to take a shower before the water started getting cold. The good thing is Casago, fixed the power issue and I no longer had my power go out.
