Location is amazing

Poor management. Amenities provided very poor for this level of property. A great architecture project in an excellent location but poorly managed and furnished. Outdoor and indoor furniture not properly galvanised so there was rust. Tiles in the bathrooms significantly stained by previous residents.

"Incredible beautiful beachfront house"

The house is beautiful,the pool is vey nice and it has direct access to the beach

Some afternoons there is a dj party on the beach and the music is too loud you can hear it at the terrace of the house

"Amazing luxury in a quieter area of Paros. Pool & beach choice with lots of space. Would recommend."

The property is amazing. Full luxury and only across the little road to go to the beach. Nothing better than laying on a bed IN the pool. The staff and manager were amazingly attentive and thorough in cleaning. You can go snorkelling just a walk down the road.

Nothing bad about this place. We had a couple of super minor technical issues but the staff were so responsive that it felt like a net positive.

"Lovely Villa"

Lovely villa for our family stay. Spacious bedrooms which are all ensuite. Great location with direct access to Santa Maria beach. Well equipped kitchen if you wish to cook. Short 10-15 minute drive from Naoussa village. Host was very responsive to our queries. Cleaners visited everyday during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this villa, would definitely stay again

"Fantastic location; spacious, modern and well equipped property."

The location is fantastic: right by the Santa Maria beach. One can see the sunrise clearly each morning. The property is modern and well equipped. Very spacious and pleasant. The pool is amazing.

The quality of toiletries did not match the quality of the villa. The villa is not close to super markets (nearest is 10-15 min drive) so the host should ensure that certain basic material is always maintained (sufficient water, tea, coffee, snack, detergent etc).
