No pudimos entrar, y no nos dieron soluciones para la estancia, estábamos en la calle.

Хорошее местоположение. Рядом остановка трамваев и автобусов с постоянным движением. Несмотря на расположение, внутри очень тихо, не жарко. Сама квартира красивая и аутентичная.

К сожалению, квартире не хватает заботы. Когда мы въехали, было очень грязно, управляющая компания организовала дополнительную уборку, спасибо за это. Но есть вещи, которые требуют ремонта, а не уборки: черная плесень на кухне, плесень в швах плитки, балконная дверь. Мы вызывали менеджера, он пришел, развел руками и сказал что «передаст информацию». За 2 недели ничего не было сделано, и мы съехали. Последней каплей стала протечка с этажа выше посреди ночи. Вцелом, это обычный старый лиссабонский дом. Но когда снимаешь жилье через букинг, ожидаешь другого. Ещё нужно иметь в виду, что с этажом выше нет никакой звукоизоляции, и вы слышите каждое слово и каждый шаг людей этажом выше (полагаю, это переделанный чердак). Управляющая компания общается отписками, очень много переписок, общения, я уже устала под конец. На деле ничего не было исправлено. Хотя приходил сантехник спустя сутки (всю ночь мы не спали и меняли емкости с водой).

The location of this property is its selling point. It’s walking distance from LX Factory and near the water. You can walk to the Belem castles and it’s near parks and many restaurants. The apartment is also well equipped for a long/short stay. They have a full stove/oven/fridge and freezer with all pots/plates needed.

This property is managed by Lovely Stay. For longer stays the require a 1000€ deposit. You get refunded 15days after check out. It’s not been 15 days for me yet and will update this when it’s received. Please keep that in mind. I would go through things that made our stay difficult one by one. Electricity The outlets in one of the bedrooms and half of the living room didn’t work for 2 weeks. During a heat wave in Portugal. We could not use the fan in that room which made sleeping in there not possible. I had to contact Lovely stay daily for updates on when this could be fixed. They were always responsive but never seemed like they were in a hurry to fix anything. The doorbell/buzzer also never worked during our stay. Because the apartment is one the second floor, you had to walk down (and back up) to collect any food/grocery orders. You cannot buzz anyone in or know when they arrive because it never worked. If you don’t have a Portuguese number you are screwed. The outlets took 2 weeks to be fixed. Black mold There’s black mold in the kitchen (photo attached). We had to remove the dishes and sanitize them in order to use them. We kept that cupboard locked during our stay because the smell and dropping were a lot. Keys Lovely stay provided one set of keys to the apartment. Unless your group is going out together, this is inconvenient as (see electrical paragraph) the buzzer/bell doesn’t work. It required way more coordination than I preferred. Roaches There are roaches in the apartment. (Photo attached) Cleaning When I checked in they informed me that cleaning will be every 15 days. They will come change the sheets and towels etc. On day 15 out of my 33 day stay, they acted confused that I was asking about cleaning. They didn’t schedule cleaning and I had to follow up with them to get that done. No other cleaning took place during our stay. There are 2 construction sites next to this apartment. If you open the windows, your room is filled with dust.
