Magnanimous Apartments 1bedroom flat at Ogudu 15 mins to the Airport

Road to the property was really bad. The apartment was very dusty and not clean. Poor facilities and the compound looked very untidy. I couldn’t stay as I moved to another place immediately I arrived the property. The area does not look secure. Although it’s fair to say, i was told to come inspect the property prior to my arrival date or payment but I was unable to as I do not live in Lagos. I believe the property is for people who live nearby Lagos and do not mind the condition considering the price.

The apartment was very cozy, the staff, very responsive and reliable. Once the gas finished, it took them less than 30mins to replace it. They also came to explain to us the few times when the AC couldn't be powered.

The road to the apartment is very bad.

Apart from the access road which the facility doesn't have control over, the environment was serene and managers were courteous.

Nothing

The apartment is Nice and up to standard.

The road leading to the place is very bad. So if you plan to take a stroll on the street, better think agaon.
